• wellness guidance (e.g. advice on changing habits, routines, ways to relax, EFT, basic nutrition improvement and other)

These services are educational, reflective, and supportive in nature.
They are not regulated health services unless explicitly stated and offered within the boundaries of the jurisdiction’s laws.

When sessions use terms such as “counselling,” “art therapy,” or similar, they refer to supportive, creative, or reflective practices, not clinical psychotherapy, unless clearly specified otherwise. Psychological help is offered within specific methods and a holistic integrative client-centered, solution-oriented approach. Some of the methods used by the owner of the website are based on teachings of the leading psychotherapists of Russia and Ukraine. 

A written or verbal service agreement is usually provided in the beginning of the collaboration outlining:

• number of sessions / consultations

• scheduling and logistical nuances

Outcomes vary depending on many factors outside the practitioner’s control.

• astrology charts highly depend on the accuracy of birth data / birth time and may have significant difference in interpretation with any shift of birth time
• practitioner leaves the right for themselves to change their opinion on some matters once more experience and case studies are accumulated

• you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being

• alternative or intuitive tools (e.g., crystals, symbolic methods, energy practices) do not replace health care, therapy, or legal/financial advice
