1) NATAL CONSULTATION
NATAL CONSULTATION is the basis of most astrological counseling, every astrology consultation (except for horary) starts first from analysing the natal chart.
Even though you might have taken a few natal consultations with other astrologers, your chart is new to me, so I need to spend a few hours understanding its dynamics, feeling it more in the context of your current actual questions.
Please note, that I do not offer “blind”, generalized readings, because they are not as effective.
A lot in astrology depends on the context and goals, aspirations, struggles, and your attitude…
A few of these focus points can be taken for the natal consultation (if interested in many of these topics, please book the 90-minute option):

Unless the chart is of a small baby, usually natal and locational influences are best to check with the main timing influences (at minimum slower transits).
2) LOCATIONAL INFLUENCES (Geo Astrology)

Comparing a few places, selecting a favorable place, as well as for deeper understanding influences of the current place you live.

Consultations are usually provided as 2 recordings (one for natal + timing, another for locational), you will your the charts and maps on the screen with audio commentary.

For couples and families, rate willl be multiply per person. If a child did not live in many places there is usually a discount (contact for a quote).
Extra charge might be applicable if questions are related to purchasing or selling property, as well as business related questions (TBD).

NB: If you are a returning client who took a natal consultation within a few months, you might quality for a $35-55 discount, if what was covered in the natal consultation previously is necessary for locational consultation.

Rates for addting extra places depends on the type of questions and how far the places are from the other ones (as well as when you are following up).
3) ANSWER to 1 QUESTION (yes/no or choice)

NB: in some cases questions can be properly answers only be done within a longer consultation when I use natal and timing charts instead of horary.
Most common choice of a horary consultation is questions are “yes or no” questions or choice questions (choosing from 2-10 options for example). Some psychological questions also can be answers through horary consultation, as well as natal.
Each astrology consultation by Tatiana over $150 includes answer to 1 horary question.
If purchased as a separate consultation, horary rates are:

You will get a brief answer if I can answer the question. In some cases the horary chart shows that the question cannot be answered at that time and it it recommended to reask the question at some other time later. Please note, I do not specialize on detailed forecasting (because I believe in free will and many non-astrology factors of life as well). I work mainly with a psychological humanistic client-centered approach, aimed at helping the person to be happier and healthier, have a better balance and harmony in life. So I offer retro research, diagnostics, and estimating life cycles, favorability of specific periods for achieving a goal, improving health etc., as well as mitigations for complex.

Q1: I don't know my birthtime, is that ok? / My birthday is known within 1-2-3 hours
Yes, we can work with whatever birth data you have. Please mention the time as accurately as you know it and its source. Many locational and timing astrology methods depend on precise birth times.
I came across cases when even birth cetificate’s time does not seem to be precise (judging how events happened in a person’s life, the natal chart /birth time might be actually different).
If your exact time isn’t known, I use 1-3 methods that provides some useful insights even with an approximate time.
To try to find your exact birth time:

Ask your parents or caregivers (note: from experience, moms’ memories can vary within 2 hours—check a few times).

Contact the hospital where you were born—records are sometimes kept for 20–35 years.
You can also order a rectification consultation from a qualified astrologer before working with me; I can recommend colleagues. However from my experience different astrologers might rectify a natal chart with very different result / time. Which is confusing (that’s my personal case btw). So I do not believe 100% in rectification as a method (with respect to colleagues).
Note: If no birth time is available (e.g., conflicting information or adoption), traditional locational astrology may not be possible. I’d recommend taking a counselling or life coaching consultation with MACards in that case (I am also a psychotherapist, counsellor, life coach and work with a few psychological methods).

If you birth time is known within 30 minutes -12 hours, in some cases it is possible to compare a few versions of your natal chart and up to 3 places (with an additional fee). Contact for a quote. It would not be as reliable in terms of choosing a specific place (by its influences with a few methods), however I check whatever I can to help you will understand what the difference might be. I also help to understand timing influences.
It is much more work and I charge a per hour rate for that USD $35 /h (prep work / research) + $125 for the recording & editing of the consultation (usually around 1.5-2 hours video).
Q2: Is it Vedic or Western astrology? What house systems do you use?
I practice Western astrology, an intergrative holistic psychological approach (client-centered, solution-oriented, with mitigations if needed).
For natal, timing astrology, synastry I mainly use Placidus and Equal house system. If birth time is not known, I take Sun chart with Equal houses. Occasionally I look at the Whole Sign charts (yet Hellenistic astrology is not my specialty).
For locational strology also look at Porphyry (so I analyze relocation charts with 3 hour systems, which takes a lot of time, yet it proves to be valuable).
For horary astrology I use Equal house system, mainly because I’ve learned from Robert Glasscock (Mark Edmund Jone’s approach, Kepler college).
I’ve been learning astrology in-depth on a daily basis since 2015-2016, practicing with clients from 2016-2017, my practice proved that Equal house system works really well and probably would be my only house system if I ever had to choose one.
Q3: My budget is less than $100, is there a way to get a consultation with a discount?
Consultations for less than USD $100:

These sessions are research-based and require a significant amount of preparation and focus. I work with each consultation carefully and in depth, which is also part of an ongoing research process that helps refine and develop my methods over time.

I also offer therapy and counselling with MACards, life coaching sessions on a sliding scale, in some cases it can be effective to add such sessions as the transformation can go faster (working with the subconscious mind, solution-oriented, client-centred holistic integrative approach).
Q4: Can I get a consultation in writing?
Currently, I don’t provide readings as written reports or PDFs, as they require much more preparation time. Consultations are offered mainly via Zoom, with some chat communication as needed (recording is provided) or as a pre-recorded consultation (without the client – charts + voice commetary/ audio).
You will receive a recording of the consultation, and you are welcome to take notes during the session or while rewatching it.
For locational consultations a few things are discussed in a chat, part of that is in writing.
Q5: How fast I can get the consultation? Is there a waiting line / fee for urgency?
Timeline of work for astrology consultations vary on how many people I am already working with (the line-up).
Usually the work per client is within 2-3 months, meaning that we discuss some things in the chat and I analyze the charts and maps and record the consultations (natal and locational) and we discuss it again. If you fill out the form faster, and explain what you want in a clear way
Natal consultations (the first part of locational work) can be provided within 1 month if time allows to do it faster.
I’ve also came across situations when especially younger people are not sure what what places to choose from (their choice is bigger when they don’t have kids or/ and a partner) or at times some life events and experiences happen and the client changes their preference. So that can make the process longer. It is ok, life happens, especially near major transits like Saturn return, Pluto square, Uranus opposition etc.
So I’d recommend booking at least 3-12 months before the actual move. If you are already moving to a certain place and started doubting if it is a good choice for you, mention the deadline when describing your questions, I can take a limited number of “urgent” consultations (if not many places are needed to compare), with an additional 30-100% fee (how much – depends on the amount of work).
Q6: I already know my natal chart, do I have to book a natal consultation first?
No matter how much you know about your natal chart, me as an astrologer have to sit down for a few hours to study your chart(s), before I can answer your questions.
In some cases to answer some important actual questions for clients, it is impossible without looking at the natal, timing, locational influlences. So in such cases it is recommended to book the locational consultation which included natal and a brief overview of timing influences. That way you can get both consultations at the same time. It will be a more 3D view of current influences.
Q7: I am looking for something not listed in the types of consultations

Q8: What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods that I accept:
1) e-transfer (Canada)
2) PayPal (wherever it is available, 3% should be added to cover the fees, please choose paying for the “service or goods” and include a brief message what the payment is for)
3) Cash in person (Canada => generally prefer etransfer)
4) Transfer to a Russian debit card (for clients based in Russia if PayPal is not available)

Q9: Do you work with business astrology?
I occasionally work with freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small business owners.
My focus is not on predicting outcomes, but rather on exploring whether astrological factors—such as your natal chart, business chart (incorporation date/time/place), timing, and locational influences—might be contributing to challenges or opportunities.
Rates vary depending on complexity, preparation, and consultation time.
Hourly rates are USD $35/hour for preparation and USD $195/hour for online consultation.
A limited number of research sessions may be available under special conditions, sometimes combined with life coaching or counselling.
Note:
Business astrology is complex and less researched than natal astrology. Many factors influence business success, and astrology is just one lens. If your needs are outside my experience, I can refer you to a qualified colleague.
Q10: Why do you ask for a picture and links to social media?
Therare 3 main reasons why I can work only with people who are willing to disclose their identity:
1) to validate that they are a real adaquate person. I am an empath, and HSP and quite sensitive to people’s energies. So it is for my own comfort and safety as an anti-spam / anti-scam protection. There are many fake, scam or strange Facebook accounts as well as emails. So I need to make sure my privacy and information is protected.
Linked-in is fine as well.
If you are not on social media, you’d have to have a photo in your whatsapp or telegram and to send a photo of yourself as a child, teenager and adult (web version is fine). I do not need to keep those photos, yet it helps a bit.
2) to check the connection visually (estimating compatibility), this is actually for your benefit as well, because it ensures some intuitive connection – I am not a phychic, yet I do use my intuition apart from analytical astrological consulting also “reading from the field” so to speak. In majority of cases in my life when I had a strange feeling about collaborating with someone, my intuition it proved to be right (even when I did not listen to it). And often can guess for example tough aspects in synastry (compatibility of charts) from videos or real life communication, especially if I can hear the person speaking.
Having said that to refuse a consultation I’d have to have a very strong reason and it hasn’t happened before unless something is out of my expertise, then I’d refer you to another astrologer or therapist).
3) when I see social media, the pictures and videos I can guess a bit easier whether the Ascendant of your chart matches more or less your personality. This is pretty subjective, however still helps to trust the birth time, especially if AC is on the cusp or if time of birth is approximate.
I do not offer rectification however I use my own method of psychological rectification.
Q11: How do I take part in your astrological research?
Thank you for asking! As mentioned in other Q&A and the website, I am mainly working now with people who agree to take part in the research (meaning that you will agree your charts and life stories / experiences to be used as examples for research-related publications and conference talks, as well as educational materials (you can keep your name or choose to be anonymous).
I am (slowly) doing research on a few subjects:

2) sleep patterns
3) (social) dancers research
4) synastry (compatibility in relationships)
5) horary astrology
6) astrology of the moment

While there is no pre-recorded course on astrology yet (I’d like to collect more research cases before I offer that), I am happy to offer tutoring and mentorship to people who are ready to dedicate time to learning many nuances of locational astrology.
Knowing the fundamentals of natal and timing astrology is required before learning locational or horary astrology, or you can nake a series of private lessons on that first.
If you are a complete beginner, you can jump start learning astrology with me, however there will be homework and I might send even videos of other astrologers to watch, so that you can learn faster and in-depth.
Rates vary from USD $65 to 155 per hour depending on the amount of lessons in a package and type of material, as well as prep work.
Each private lesson can be from 30 minute to 2 hours (in Zoom). Recordings can be provided on request.
If you are on a tighter budget but still want to learn in a small group, find a few people who are at a similar level of astrologer and I can offer classes for specific needs of the group.
Same thing applies to focus groups, e.g. looking at specific influences in your natal charts, e.g. what affects finances or relationships, health etc.

Q13: Do you have a membership club for astrology & self-development?

I also practice a few methods of healing and therapy, counselling and life coaching with MACards, so I’ve been wondering if there might be an interest for a transformational wellness club.
From my overview people want some different things, so that’s why I haven’t offered a club yet.
Q14: Is there a RETREAT for people who are into learning astrology?
Since I’ve been learning about Transformatinal Retreats for a few years, I am interested to create such a retreat if there are 10-30 participants interested.
Transformational retreats are usually for 6-20 people on average (depending on the concept, venue and other factors).
Retreat is not an educational event in many cases, it is more of a combination of some rejuvinating or recreational activities to help the mind get more clear and peaceful, the body to be rested and emotions balancced. It can also have activities with astrology, healing / self-help methods or some kind of mentorship / coaching / teaching.
Budget of a 5-8 day retreat can vary from $3500 to $10K on average (without the flight). So it is a premium product for a specific niche.
A TR can be an unforgettable experience if it is a good fit for your needs.

2) Once we agree on the type of consultation, you provide payment:

Usualy rates are in USD. Before paying, I can help you to calculate the equivalent in Euro or CAD (if you live in Canada or Europe).

* in roubles to a Russian bank (TBD)

3) Once we discuss your questions for the consultation, I will send you a specific form to fill out and the date of consultation in zoom or recording will be confirmed.

1) Usually sessions are scheduled within 2-6 weeks depending on availability and amount of preparation time required (locational astrology might take longer from 3 to 10 weeks, some urgent horary questions within 3-10 days after accepting the question).
