Thank you for your interest in the loyalty program. The goal of the program is to both reward my clients and show the appreciation for any word of mouth promotion (referrals), as it is always helpful, especially if the services are a good fit for your friends / colleagues / relatives.
I offer points for taking any consultations purchased on a regular rate as well as for referrals. You can recommend Life in Glow Wellness (Tatiana’s) astrology and life coaching sessions.
For any client you refer to Life in Glow Wellness & Tatiana for astrology and life coaching sessions or packages, you can get points, if they mention your full name and a special code (which you will receive after enrolling into the LifeinGlow Loyalty Program).
up to $99 – 5 points
$100-250 – 10 points
$250+ 15 points per astrology consultation and 25 points for a package of 4+ sessions
e.g. if you referred 10 people and 5 of them purchased an astrology consultation for $100-250 and 1 person got a package of life coaching sessions, you will get 10×5 (50) + 25 points = 75 points total, which is enough for redeeming for a short consultation / session (current conversion rates apply, depeending on the current rates for LifeinGlow services).
Collected points can be exchanged for astrology consultations & life coaching sessions (once 50 or more points are collected, remaining points will stay on your account until redeemed or while valid):
50 points = USD $50
100 points = USD $100
Points are valid for 3 years, they cannot be exchanged for sessions that are already on a reduced rate, and they are non-transferrable, however you can redeem them a gift card for $50+ and offer it as a gift to someone.
The more people you refer, the faster you can accumulate the points to exchange for a product or service.
Benefits for NEW customers:
Whoever you refer for consultations or custom packages can get a discount coupon to a consultation, unless it is offered on a special reduced rate.
– $10 off for any session of USD $95+
– $25 off for consultations or packages of USD $250+.
It is up to you whether to mention that coupon to the reffered person or not. You can simply refer someone and message to Tatiana who the person is.
I leave myself the right to offer extra rewards to people who are the most active on referrals and help to spread the good word around and bring quality clients (who a good fit for the collaboration).
Notes:
1) It is better to only refer people if you are genuinely trust my expertise and if you think that your friend / colleague / relative might benefit from the LifeinGlow services.
2) If you are an influencer (YouTuber, vlogger, blogger), feel free to contact to discuss a collaboration, we can create a video together and I can offer a special unique coupon & referral code. Details TBD (there are some qualifying factors, to make sure it is a good fit for both of us).
3) I currently do not offer points for referring for counselling and psychotherapy sessions (because it is not common in those circles according to the ethics of therapy practice), however if a person is booking a custom package which includes life coaching or astrology consultations (e.g. transformation package), the respective points can be counted to your virtual account.
4) Each time you get any points, you will be emailed a confirmation, that way you can keep track of the points on your side.
5) In some cases points can be redeemed towards (standalone) workshops, webinars by Tatiana & Life in Glow Wellness (if the amount is enough and if they are offered on a regular rate). Message to inquire.

GIFT CERTIFICATES are available for amounts of $55 – $350+, it can be a custom amount, up to your choice, often certificates are done for rounded up amounts, e.g. $55, $75, $100, etc. Each certificate has to have a name, expiry date, number.

Please let me know what currency you prefer for the gift certificate value. If it is not mentioned I will use the equivalent amount in USD or CAD by default.
Certificates to specific consultations are available on the current rates + transaction fees. Note, when you are buying a gift certificate on a special rate, there is usually a certain expiry date, however the amount paid will not expire for 3 years (from the day of purchase), you can still redeem it to any service of Life in Glow Wellness balancing the difference in price.

BOOK a CONSULTATION
There are a few ways to book a a consultation.
Repeating clients might be eligible for a discount (e.g. if you are taking a follow-up consultation after a natal consultation or some other one, exceptions are horary consultations).

How to book a consultation:
1) Choose the type of consultation and mention your main questions for the consultation.
Contact me through Whatsapp or Skype .
Mention what astrology consultation you would like to have an your main questions. If you are not sure what to choose, I’d be glad to help you in the chat.
2) Once we agree on the type of consultation, you provide payment:
* by PayPal in CAD / USD / Euro
* e-transfer in CAD (within Canada)
* in roubles to a Russian bank (TBD)
* other methods of payment TBD
3) I will send you a specific form to fill out and the date of consultation in zoom or recording will be confirmed.
(information needed for the preparation for your consultation can differ).
Notes:
1) Usually sessions are scheduled within 2-5 weeks depending on availability and amount of preparation time required (locational astrology might take longer from 3 to 10 weeks, some urgent horary questions within 3-10 days after accepting the question).
2) For urgent consultations there might be extra charge applied.
